The voice of the band, Adam, is a classically trained composer who can also manipulate a guitar or the weak minded with Jedi-like skills. With influences from Paul Simon to Zappa to Tool to Sublime, Adam distills his melodies from an eclectic range of music. The other half of the band, Brad, is all guitar. Since finding his first six-string in the middle of an enchanted lake, he's been balls to the wall--nothing more, nothing less--ever since. Brad Rips off Toni Iommi, Angus Young, Hendrix, Jimmy Paige, Alex Lifeson, Billy Corgan and Mike McCready on a daily basis when writing songs, shredding solos, and executing the Evil Plan.
They started as friends in the French Foreign Legion, who used to talk music over bathtub gin while laying waste to their enemies. They soon began to make terrible noise on homemade instruments in Brad's basement, crafting a sound and terrifying the neighbors. This eventually evolved into unadulterated, unmitigated, immutable rock that they've decided to share with the masses. Liver Damage is forever in flux, getting stronger and playing something new every week, leeching strength from their vanquished foes. Let it be known: when LD is playing, if people stay home, they're missing something big.
